Calabar Microfinance Bank will be focused and sustained on
developing the appropriate product lines to build and optimize
relationship in the under-listed areas:
- E-
banking products
- Card services
- ATM’s and point of sales terminals
- Products for small and medium scale enterprise
- New products for retail consumers and unbanked population.
The
market penetration focus on critical issues and concerns guiding
decisions of each sector or market segment will be achieved
through continuous evolvement of the Banks product processes and
strategies e.g.

Offering of prompt and excellent service delivery
- Creation of Access to financial assistance and channels of
distribution
- Operational and sales collection support
- Appropriate pricing of products and services
- Convenience through proper branch network and provision of
ATMS and cards safety.
The
Bank will continue to partner with customers (existing and
prospective) to achieve desired goals. |
