Rev. Josef Bassey - Chairman
Rev. Bassey holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a doctorate degree in Divinity. He is a cutting edge leader, a man of integrity and excellence. He was at diverse times MD/CEO, African Network Ltd. ; General Manager, Point Blank Communication and newscaster/marketing executive with Cross River Broadcasting Corporation. He retired into full time ministry and Presiding Pastor of God’s Heritage Global Mission. He sits as director on various boards in the country and beyond and is the Nigerian Representative on the board of Integrity International.

Dr. Koffi B. Ikpeme - Director
Dr. Ikpeme is a distinguished medical practitioner. He is a fellow of the Royal college of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and a fellow of the International College of surgeons. He has been in medical practice for over 30 years and has service awards form Nigerian Medical association and the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria. Presently He is the Chief Medical Director and Consultant surgeon at Ikpeme Medical Center. In recognition of his worthy contributions in the community, He has been conferred with many chieftaincy titles. He sits on the Board of Directors of many professional organization and companies.

Mr. Peter K. Bello - Director
Mr. Bello holds a degree in Veterinary Science from the university of Nigeria, Nsukka. He started his career as a Veterinary Officer in the Cross River State Ministry of Agriculture and withdrew from service in 1982 to concentrate in full scale farming when He established Ajoke farms. Presently he is the President of PEKAB International Ltd. A Civil/Electrical Engineering company involved in infrastructure development and civil construction. He has a very rich experience in the private sector and has been a pioneer director of the bank. He is widely traveled and the current President of Calabar Chamber of Commerce, Mines and Agriculture.

Arc. Francis Oyo-Ita - Director
Mr. Oyo-Ita is an Architect by profession, He has over 20 years experience in project design, construction and supervision. He has handled major projects within and outside the state. He is also an astute businessman/investor who has brought his wealth of experience to bear in Board matters. .

Mrs. Thelma Bello - Director
Mrs. Bello holds a degree in Applied Microbiology and started her career as a Technical Officer in Cross River state Department of Trade and Investment rising to the position of Principal technical Officer before her retirement in 2000 to manage her own business, Thelpim Enterprise Ltd., a renowned hotel and event management company. An entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in managing and growing her own business. She is also a member, Board of Directors, Cross River State Tourism Bureau.
